Our Pedagogy
In the first step, students will be instructed to read the basic concepts and theories in the respective topic from the study materials offered in advance by Bureaucrats Academy (Google Classroom) every week.
Once students have gained mastery over the fundamentals, they will be instructed to watch the respective course videos (Bureaucrats Academy - YouTube Channel) and to do assignments in the respective topic in their home (online) / Classroom (offline).
Finally, students will be instructed to take assessments and attend doubts and discussion sessions (Live) of the respective topic before the end of the week.
In exams, it is not just about being correct, it is about being correct within the stipulated time. Hence, Accuracy Development Assessments are an integral part of the teaching module.
Students will be made to test waters through a battery of tests of increasing difficulty. This will ensure that they are confident enough to be ready for the final frontier.
This process will not only strengthen the knowledge of the subject but also hone their analytical skills, giving them an edge over the other students.
Soft Skills and Personality development modules are designed to help students to overcome any challenges in Group Discussions and Interviews.
To ensure that students do not lag in the General Awareness, special modules are designed in General Knowledge and Current Affairs. Weekly News and Analysis will be posted on our Social Media (Bureaucrats Academy - Facebook Page).
Competitive Exams - Notification (Instagram) & Job Alerts (Telegram) will be shared regularly with our students.
The one-to-one mentoring, goal setting and stress management sessions may be included based on the time limits.
Our Admission Policy
"No restrictions on entry." - The course is designed as a cycle so that students and graduates can join the course on any day throughout the year (Basic, Intermediate and Advanced). Yet, they don’t miss out on any module of the course. We don’t rush up any module of the course. The date of joining is the only reference for the students and us. The course begins only on the date of joining and ends after 24 months from the date of joining. This will help the students to join the course on any day and however ensure that no modules will be missed out.
